DCDE CPD Mapping Exercise - Providers Survey

The Department of Children, Disability and Equality (DCDE) has commissioned Crowe Ireland to undertake a National Mapping Exercise to gather information on existing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provision across the Early Learning and Care (ELC), School-Age Childcare (SAC) and Childminding sectors. The purpose of this exercise is to understand current CPD availability, access and engagement, and to identify any gaps. The survey focuses on CPD only and does not include major awards at NFQ Levels 5-9.

CPD providers are invited to complete this survey, which takes approximately 10-12 minutes. Questions marked * are mandatory. You may also save your progress and resume to complete your survey response later by clicking on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of your survey and selecting 'Resume Later'. Please complete and submit this survey by May 28th at 5:30pm.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. All responses will be treated confidentially, anonymised and used solely for the purpose of this research, in line with GDPR requirements.

If you experience any issues or have any questions about the survey, please contact [email protected]. By contacting Crowe directly, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. This data will not be linked to your individual survey response in the data analysis, nor passed on to the Department or any third party and will be safeguarded and processed in line with GDPR compliance requirements.
